Why are you called ‘30daygifts.com’? Our concept is the same as a ‘Gift of the Month Club’. You can order a 3, 6, 9, or 12 month gift plan, and you will receive your gift selection about every 30 days, hence ‘30 Day Gifts’!

Can I just order a gift selection ‘one time’ instead of over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months? Yes, of course! Our ‘1 Month’ selection is just the same as ordering something ‘one time’. Ex; Order (2) bags of coffee with our ‘1 Month’ option, we send you the coffee, and your done!

What are the shipping charges? There aren’t any.....SHIPPING IS FREE on all orders.

Can you overnight or ‘rush’ my order? Due to our ‘free shipping’ offer, we choose the most economical way to ship our products. If you need an overnight or ‘rush’ order, please call us first before placing any order. You will be responsible for the additional shipping fees.

How long does it take to ship out an order once I have placed it?
Once we receive your order, it will take approximately 7-10 days before your order goes out, unless you specified a future month for your order to begin, then we will typically start it the first part of that month.

Can I choose what I get? You can choose the ‘Gift Category’ (of course), but we select the actual gifts you receive. That’s the whole purpose of getting a ‘gift’.....it’s a surprise!

Will I get the same products that are in the photos? Possibly. It just depends what our selections are the months you are receiving your gifts.

It just says I’m going to receive a ‘selection’ of gifts and doesn’t specify how many (ie; Two (2) bottles of salsa). So how much will I get? Will I get the amount that’s shown in the example photos on the gift pages? We maximize the ‘amount and value’ of gifts we send to you. You may receive one (1) item or multiple items, it just depends on the value. However, we will
always send you as much as possible. Please do not rely on the (amount) of gifts in the photos-they are for gift reference examples only, to show you the various products/types you may receive.

What if I have food/nut allergies? The food products that we sell may contain nuts or made in the same facility as foods containing nuts, so trace amounts could end up in our
food products. If you have food/nut allergies, we recommend not ordering any food products which you may think could contain ingredients which may affect you. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions customers may receive from our products.

What if I need to return something? Please contact us via email or phone in order to obtain the return shipping information. Any products which are returned to us without prior authorization will be refused. Some of our products are not allowed, by law, to be returned once you have received them. If you have any questions before ordering, please contact us.

Do you ship outside the US or to the US territories?
Sorry, not at this time. Currently, we are only shipping to the 50 states.
